Angel Breath
Tonight’s little blessing is all about connecting with your own angels. Make sure you have that pen and paper handy for later. This is a simple technique to get the angels attention and strengthen your connection with your own guardian angels. This technique is called Angels Breath. The first thing you need to do is to set a special time once a day to do the Angel Breath Technique. First thing in the morning is best as this is when the energy is at its strongest. Whenever you take a deep breath you are connecting with your own heart and the circulation system within your body. Many of us breathe too shallow or sometimes hold our breath when we are stressed. Practising this technique regularly will help those of us that are feeling disconnected from life. Once you have set a time you must also find a quite place to practise this technique. Try to choose somewhere in the morning sun or near an open window with fresh air.
Now the trick is to say this blessing after you have finished the breathing technique that I am about to give you. The breathing technique is a simple one. To do this technique breathe in through your nose and then out through your mouth. Ok now the technique is.
Sit quietly for 5 minutes.
Then take three deep breathes.
Then relax for a minute or so
Then take three short quick breaths
Then sit and relax your breathing until it is normal again
Then take three more deep breaths.
Sit quietly for another three minutes and then say the little angel blessing.

Reassure me you are there
Bless me with your loving care

Practise this technique everyday for a couple of weeks and you will have a much stronger connection with your angels and with your own self knowing.
