Angel Breath
Tonight’s little blessing is all about connecting with your own angels. Make sure you have that pen and paper handy for later. This is a simple technique to get the angels attention and strengthen your connection with your own guardian angels. This technique is called Angels Breath. The first thing you need to do is to set a special time once a day to do the Angel Breath Technique. First thing in the morning is best as this is when the energy is at its strongest. Whenever you take a deep breath you are connecting with your own heart and the circulation system within your body. Many of us breathe too shallow or sometimes hold our breath when we are stressed. Practising this technique regularly will help those of us that are feeling disconnected from life. Once you have set a time you must also find a quite place to practise this technique. Try to choose somewhere in the morning sun or near an open window with fresh air.
Now the trick is to say this blessing after you have finished the breathing technique that I am about to give you. The breathing technique is a simple one. To do this technique breathe in through your nose and then out through your mouth. Ok now the technique is.
Sit quietly for 5 minutes.
Then take three deep breathes.
Then relax for a minute or so
Then take three short quick breaths
Then sit and relax your breathing until it is normal again
Then take three more deep breaths.
Sit quietly for another three minutes and then say the little angel blessing.
Which is:
Guardian angels watching over me
Reassure me you are there
Bless me with your loving care
Thank you Angels!
Practise this technique everyday for a couple of weeks and you will have a much stronger connection with your angels and with your own self knowing.

Being unaware is being fearful!
The ultimate goal of magic is to reconnect you with your magical ability to create your physical existence. For you see once you have learned that you can create a world of love and joy you can create with wisdom any world your mind can envision. Unfortunately we have forgotten how important self observation and freewill are in our lives. This is why and how we create so much horror for ourselves in life. It is like driving a car if you take your eyes off the road and your hands off the steering wheel you will crash. A relaxed awareness of everything that is occurring around you in life brings clarity and truth.
Magic is about love, it is about loving yourself, loving your connection with the earth and loving your connection with humanity as a whole. But it is also about taking responsibility for the world you live in and the way you see that world. People say you can’t fight the system, people say it is human nature for humanity to hate and cause grief and violence. It is not human nature it is fear. Being too fearful to think about how we want our world to be. Too fearful to speak our truth or express our feelings freely. Being too afraid to utilize the magic that is all around us to create a better world for ourselves and our children.

The Love Tub
When you are in need of a little romance it is always a great opportunity to heal and the heart and clear the way for true love. Who else would you call on to help with that task but Archangel Michael and the romance angels? Here is a great little romance healing ritual to help you find your true love.
You will need:
Bubble bath either green or pink (rose or bergamot would be ideal)
Rose petals or pink flowers
Green bergamot leaves or mint leaves
Two tea light candles, one pale pink and one pale green (Pastel colours)
Sit down somewhere quiet and ask the archangel Michael and the Romance Angels to come and help you find true love. Take a few minutes to write down your feelings about relationships and review where your heart is right now. Be honest with yourself are you struggling with trust or feeling unloved or are you ready for that special one and feeling anxious about the when or where’s. What ever your feelings write them down and share them with Archangel Michael. Then fold up your piece of paper and take it with you to the bathroom.
Set it on the side of the tub and fill the bath with warm water. Put in the bubbles and when the tub has enough water in it sprinkle the petals and leaves onto the surface of the water, affirming I call on the romance angels to fill this tub and my heart with true love. Light your candles and place them at the foot of the bath tub one each side placing the Pink on your right and Green on your left.
Get a large glass of water place it beside the bath and then hop into the tub. Try to relax and let the aromas seep into your consciousness. When you are relaxed start to think about how you would like your relationships to be. Contemplate your idea of true love and your needs and passions. Try to imagine as clearly as possible how you would like your true love relationship to be. Make a promise to yourself to behave more the way you really would like to be around your true love. Then ask Archangel Michael and the Romance Angels to heal your heart and help your find true love. Imagine a big bucket full of love being poured over you and see it seeping into every inch of your being, especially your heart and your solar plexus. See the angels filling your heart and solar plexus with love and green and pink light.
Sit and talk with the angels and share with them your desires and needs. Allow yourself plenty of time to savour the warmth and the aroma of your bubble bath. When you are ready to get out of the tub, take a drink from your glass of water. Wrap yourself in a pale pink or green towel or robe. Then place your piece of paper into the rest of the water in the glass. As you do affirm out loud that all these old feeling are now washed away and your heart is prepared for true love. Give thanks to the Archangel Michael and the Romance Angels then say out loud “Thank you for my True Love”. Then scoop out the petals and leaves and place them in the glass with your piece of paper. When you remove the plug see all the old ways drain away and know that true love is about to find you. Pour out the water from your glass into a garden bed or pot plant returning all your old feelings and the petals and leaves to the earth to be healed and then throw the paper into the bin. Take your candles with you and leave them in the same room as you until they burn away completely.
If you do not have a bath tub adapt this process by placing all your ingredients into a bowl and bath yourself with the potion in the shower. Visualize the old washing away as you shower.

Rainbow Angels
The constant vibrational shifting that has occurred on the planet over the last ten years has prepared the way for the Rainbow Angels and their charges to join us on planet earth. These souls are pioneers, inventors and teachers and are coming to help us evolve just a little quicker and further as we explore mind consciousness. These are the children that will become space pilots and astronauts and take us into space further than we can imagine possible. These souls will challenge our concepts of human form and alter themselves genetically and surgically. These souls will expand our knowledge of the mind and its many complexities and they will introduce us to a world of robotics and engineering wonders. Rainbow Angels will guide and support these souls as they think our future into existence.
When you are a rainbow child you will find life can seem very boring or has nothing to challenge you. This is because it is your world this time. Yours to co-create in any way you see fit. So you have to think about it. Think about what you want how you want to live and who you want to be. If we don’t think things out then nothing will happen. We will just sit in a holding pattern until we mentally grasp hold of the situation and do something! This is the new way, our world is no longer given to us through judgement and compassion, it is now co-created by us with respect and tolerance. Things will be hard if you choose not to respect, things will become unbearable if you are not tolerant or are too tolerant. Ask the Rainbow Angels to help you make respectful and tolerant choices and live your life in respectful and tolerant ways and the world will be yours.
Rainbow Children are the future of the twenty first century they are the souls who will bring change in all fields and lead us all into a new age of respect and tolerance.

Meet your Guardian Angels!
This is the Angel Blessing that I shared with everyone on Sharina’s Psychic Show on 2UE Sydney on Sunday 16th aug 2009.
This week I want to introduce you to your own guardian angel. Get yourself a pen and paper as I have a little angel blessing for you to write down later. While you get your pen, we will talk a little about Guardian Angels. The job of a guardian angel is to keep us alive and help us have faith until it is time for us to leave this life.
We are all born with guardian angels to watch over us. They are not allowed to interfere in our life so they can only help us if we ask them but they are watching over us always. To see your guardian angel all you have to do is ask them to introduce themselves to you. When we do this they then have permission to reveal themselves to us. All you have to do is ask but I do have this little angel blessings for those who would like to use it. You can say this little blessing every morning, evening or anytime you feel you need to pray for someone or ask them to help you or someone else.
Ok you got that pen? The blessing is – Please – Angels watch over me, angels watch over mine – Thank you! You can say this little blessing every morning, evening or anytime you feel you need to pray for someone or ask them to help you or someone else.
To meet your own guardian angel, the first thing you need to do is to sit quietly for ten minutes. Next ask your guardian angel to come and visit you this week.

Then be observant. At some time through the week you will receive confirmation of your guardian angels visit. You could receive a picture of an angel or you will hear someone talking about angels. You may see one in a movie or on the telly, unexpectedly. Either way something angelic will appear in your life to remind of your own Guardian Angels.
A Little Respect!
Rainbow Energy is empowering and joyful!
Has anyone else noticed the boundaries are being pushed to quantify our understanding of respect and its effects on our communities. Our local TV shows such as Rove and The 7.30 Report seem to be testing our boundaries with their just on the borderline of disrespectful humour and their interesting choice of subject matter for recent shows. Still love it though! 
The Kyle & Jackie O scandal and attempts at dirty politics revealed as scams all seem to be pointing to new approaches for us all as we are encouraged to stand up and be counted.
Issues such the Iraq war has forced us to review ourselves and our world and is bringing to the surface a demand for honesty and integrity.
Perhaps the world is finally demanding the respect she deserves. The last five years have been difficult for everyone and the main reason for this is that we have experienced a complete change over of the energetic connections that we are learning from on this planet.
The old energies of Judgement and Compassion have been placed firmly in our hearts and the new energies of respect and tolerance have been implanted into the heart of our planet to enable us to experience our world through its wisdom.
With this change over of energy has come a new way of experiencing life and a new way of exploring our world physically mentally and spiritually. No longer can our guides and teachers pick us up and place in a situation to learn from. Now we must be co-creators our own needs and choices must be respected and our teachers are awaiting a decision as to what we want to experience next. This is why now, unless we decide on a plan nothing happens. This is why we are all questioning what we want and how we want to be living. This is also why things that we once deemed inportant are now being reviewed and reclassified through the eyes of respect and tolerance.
The next ten years will see us redirect ourselves and our world as we challenge our selves and our world through the eyes of respect and tolerance and co-create new ways of doing things socially, emotionally and globally.
In meantime a little respect and a little tolerance will fair you well in a constantly changing and challenging world.

Old Soul – New Soul
As we are rising up from the shattered remains of the old world and heading into new directions don’t be surprised if you are feeling a little less spiritual and a lot more money focused. Remind yourself that we are here to explore life on all levels of consciousness and take your spiritual philosophies with you where ever you go next. A new world is opening up before our very eyes and this new world is a vision of potential for all those new souls that will now start arriving in droves. Those new souls already here are now putting up their heads from the fog they have been living in and are starting to take more notice of life and others. If you have been waiting to have children they will now miraculously arrive. Many women who have thought they couldn’t or wouldn’t will suddenly fall in love and start a family. New technologies will start to surface and money is about to become a lot more important. All those new technologies are going to be expensive and money is currently being reviewed and revised globally to make way for those new technologies.
As all those new souls are arriving many old souls have decided to leave behind a little help or ideology to remind them of what they are up against. The teachers are being called upon to teach and share their wisdom from their generations of living in the physical world. Other old souls are preparing to go home spiritually. They are healing themselves and their many lifetimes are being reviewed, decided upon and their own self judgement day has arrived. Many are being quite hard on themselves or angry at themselves and the world in general, whilst many are just hanging 
up their shingle and sitting back to take life easy from here on in. Which ever path you are choosing old soul remember, every thing you experience here you will feel so be kind to yourself and share the load with others.
