After the shattered and disconnected feelings that we have all been experiencing over the last couple of years this is a great little exercise to lift your spirits and reconnect you with the energy of love.
Sit quietly for 5 minutes. Then take three deep breaths. Count out loud to five and then take three more deep breaths. Then start to gently rock backwards and forwards( just gently no swinging). As you gently rock chant in your mind “I raise my vibration to love” continue to chant this mantra for five minutes then stop and take a final deep breath.
This will stabilize the energy around you and help reconnect you to the source of pure love.

It seems to me that the world has suddenly become a fearful place. I was pondering my fearful perceptions that have been arising throughout my day. I seem to be tuning into the fearful stuff more often and the thoughts seem to pop into my head without warning. As I pondered this I came to the realization that fear is not the opposite energy of love, that is hate, fear is the opposite energy to peace. Just as we need to focus on bringing in more peace we also need to remove the fear and become more tolerant and respectful of our own mortality. As I head to my bookshelf for my copy of “Face the Fear and Do It Anyway”, I ponder all that the next generation will bring and I focus on bringing peace into my life.
Peace stills the mind and soothes the soul.
Those that work with energy will have noticed how different things have become. The main reason for this is the energy that we experience life through has now changed. No longer do we explore Judgement or Compassion these are now firmly set in our hearts and we know where we stand with them. Now we must learn about new things like Respect and Tolerance. Think about these energies and you will see how they have started to shape your world in the last few months.
If you meditate or work spiritually the time for working with just pure white light is over. The planetary shift is over and we have steadied ourselves into that higher vibration that we were all here to raise the energetic vibration to. Now it is time to call in the one energy that keeps us safe, happy and strong, PEACE. Draw down peace when you work spiritually. Call in peace when you meditate, not only will it still that shattered feeling we are all recovering from it will also bring more peaceful solutions for the future.

The secret with luck is it is something that must be shared and you will find the luckiest people are the ones who share it all with others. Each person has a cycle that is best for them but the day of birth cycle is the one that we can make the most of our luck from when we are working with the Angels. Cosmic Doorways
I have learnt a lot about chakras the most difficult was how to spell the word. Lol. The chakra is an energetic circuit, a cosmic doorway that connects you to different energies and experiences and plugs you into the world around you, so to speak. Quite often if we connect energetically with someone we click with then our chakras will spin in unison. But if we connect with someone we do not like or click with we will experience a wobble in our chakra that can cause us to feel disorientated or confused. We even feel sick sometimes if we have walked into an energy field that has been left behind from some outside event or some other cosmic connection, like a doorway to another dimension or a ley line.
There are two main charkas that I work with these are the crown chakra and the white light chakra. The crown chakras is at the top of your head right where you would wear your halo if you were a catholic and the white light charka is approximately 9 inches above your head. I see my crown chakra as purple and the one above as white I have seen them as different colours on other people too as it seems to have a lot to do with what you are here for and how you work on a soul level. I know this can be different to how others see them, but I feel that we all see auras and chakras differently anyway so I can only share with you what I see and experience.
If you touch your thumb on the top of your head and spread your fingers apart as far as they will go you will feel your white light chakra with your fingers. You will feel warmth where the crown chakra is then a cool patch and then you will feel the warmth of your white light chakra at the tip of your little finger.
One of my favourite exercises is to draw unconditional love down from the highest source into my white light chakra and my crown chakra. I visualize it flowing down into my body and flowing straight through to the center of the Earth. This exercise not only re-energises me it also strengthens my connection with the Earth and her Teachers. The Ancients Ones, The Fae Realms and the Otherworlds are all accessed through your connection with the Earth. When I want to work with these teachers I also draw up a colour from the earth and connect back up to the highest source of love and light and the information flows freely.
The White Light Chakra is where you can connect with all your own guides and teachers. This chakra opens when we meditate and can often be activated by joy and love. I love drawing in white light and just sitting in it. This brings me clarity and a closer connection with myself and my own guides. When I want to connect with the angels I focus on drawing down white light from the Angelic Realms and I draw that light down into my white light chakra. Then I ask the Angels to chat with me. You have to ask angels always. This is because you have free will. This is why some people experience angelic experiences and some don’t. Also if you don’t ask but someone else has asked them to watch over you then you can and usually will have some sort of Angelic experience eventually.
My favourite exercise is drawing down unconditional love from my soul. I visualise unconditional love flowing down through my white light chakra and down into my body. I imagine it is filling up every cell of my body and then overflowing out into every ounce of my being. I see my aura fill with love, my cords to the other lifetimes I am experiencing fill and then I sit and contemplate as I try to comprehend the immensity of my own soul and its divine journey. It’s amazing every time.
Experiment with all of your chakras, as they are your cosmic doorways to other people, places and experiences. The more you learn about them the more you learn about the hidden world and its mysteries.

I was recently asked for some tips on Automatic Writing Techniques. This is what the angels gave me to share with this person.
Unfortunately there are no hard and fast rules about this work so it is very hard to know for sure the accuracy of the information until it is verified by someone else. The real key is to keep as many records as possible about how you are feeling before you start each session and if the information you receive reflects those feelings or events occurring to you. You will often find they want to deal with your stuff first so they will filter your channelled work with stuff for you. Once you have filtered that out you will be left with lots of good solid facts that you can then try to verify.
As for who to contact? Well the first thing you need to do is gather as much information as possible about the case. Newspaper reports magazine articles etc. Sometimes you can even get police reports or other information online from family or investigation related websites. This will enable you to work out what the authorities already know and also to filter out anything you may have picked up subconsciously from news reports or reading things about the case. Providing clarity as to what questions to ask when you do your next automatic writing session.
Once you have facts that no-one else knows then you can email the police directly (you will find the name of the officer in charge of the case somewhere in your research into the case) or you can send some information to the crime watch or crime busters websites. The police do have a website where you can leave anonymous information to help in their investigations. Be aware though that if you say you got this information psychically they may ignore it, If you don’t say you got it psychically they may turn up on your doorstep demanding answers as to where you got it from. If this happens have faith that it will be alright because they will discover that you will have no real connection with the case itself let them do their job and be patient.
(Note: Try not to work on cases you are related to or are friends with the people or events involved or you could become number one suspect.)
I do hope this helps you define your work and bring a bit of order to your writing. Don’t be afraid to ask them to answer other questions too like how many coffees have I had today etc just to confirm you accuracy.

Angels Witch or Just Darn Lucky
I have worked as a psychic for over 25 years and have had some very unusual experiences whilst I have learned about being psychic and talking to angels. I have also worked in some great shops as a Psychic Consultant. One shop in particular was a shop that specialized in witchcraft products and had its very own ghost in the building. Many of the staff and customers talked about seeing her a woman dressed in black pilgrim like clothing and rumour had it she was a Celtic witch from the young shop owners family. Towards the end of a very busy day I was out in the back room and I could hear someone talking to Emily the young lady who working behind the counter. Her voice sounded a bit funny and I felt something wasn’t right so I walked to the front section of the shop. When I looked to see what was going on I saw a young man standing at the door holding it open. Another man was standing near the counter talking casually to Emily. Both of the men looked up and saw me as I entered the room and they looked at each other. Emily looked at me nervously and I felt we had a situation about to happen here. It dawned on me that these men were considering robbing the shop. The young man at the door was acting very nervous and the other man was assessing the situation on the spot. I could almost see him thinking about whether it was worth the risk. I immediately asked my angels to protect us from this and to help these men make better choices for themselves in their lives and not hurt others. In that moment the younger man at the door looked at me with a startled expression on his face, gasped and fled rapidly out the door. The older man looked at the door looked back at me a bit baffled and then casually said goodbye and quickly left the shop. The young girl behind the counter looked at me and said what did you do? I was rather startled myself and told her I had asked for help from the angels. We both knew we had been saved from something and to this day I wonder what on earth that young man saw that startled him so much. Was he just way too nervous to go ahead with things or was it my team of angels appearing behind me or perhaps it was an old Celtic witch scowling through the mists of time to protect her kin.

Angel Healing Blessing
This little blessing can be used to bring healing for yourself or others. It is easy for us to feel lost and confused when we are unwell and this blessing will remind you that you have angelic help surrounding you no matter how tough things are. When we are unwell the angels are always watching over us and giving us the strength and courage we need to deal with our pain and the challenges we are facing.
The first thing we need to do when we want to heal is to sit in stillness and think about what needs to be healed. Many times our body becomes ill because we don’t give it the rest it needs. Often it can also be because of an accident or outside event that has put us into a situation that needs healing. When we create the situation that needs healing the angels can often step in and speed up the healing process, but only if we ask them to help us. When the illness is out of our hands and it is divine providence the angels can still give us all the strength, faith and courage we need if we ask them to even if they can-not heal it for us.

As souls we are multidimensional beings. We live on several levels of consciousness at all times. This may seem like a bit of a broad statement but when you think about it we are very complex beings. We have very simple physical needs almost instinctual in many ways, yet we are constantly thinking about and exploring our feelings concerning those needs. We have a sensory body a mental body and also a spiritual body. As we evaluate our journey we are constantly questioning searching or touching everything and everyone we meet along the way. As we explore the more invisible aspect of life such as breathe feeling and death we suddenly come across an inner knowing that frustrates us all. How can it be right, how can we know these things, yet we do. Sometimes we know them so deeply that they are a part of the way we see ourselves that is set in stone. This makes us multidimensional beings. Complex yet simple. Loving yet tortured. Knowing yet doubting. I believe it also makes us a consciousness looking at each other through our own expression of our divine self.
Having lived a very inner life due to trauma and self exploration I have discovered another world of beings and teachers that have given me both love and support whilst forcing me to face my own unique nature, talents and challenges. These beings have shown themselves in many forms some quite small and quite others powerful and vibrant. The most influential of these beings has been the angels.
I was introduced to the angels by one of my favourite guides a beautiful woman who was always reminding me to be compassionate and caring. The angels have given me the most powerful lessons in both love and personal power and have supported me through the most difficult periods of time in my life. I had seen angels around people when I was a child but never really had much to do with them or really thought about them. I am not sure I even believed in Angels when my guide brought them into my life. At the time I was a practising solitary witch and quite happy working with my lady the goddess. My lady told I would be working with the angels to develop my psychic skills further and help me understand the god aspect of life. I had asked for that somewhere along the line. Be careful what you ask for it always eventuates somewhere along the path.
My first introduction to angels in my work came with a vision when I was meditating whilst waiting for a client. I saw the client walking in the door with three angels around her one on each side and one walking behind her. The angels on each side of her were different colours and wore long robes. Just like in the old painting from ancient times. I was a bit amused about this but they were very serious and not amused by my entertaining thoughts. They did not scold me or anything just looked at me blankly yet lovingly. The white angel behind the lady was extremely vibrant, powerful and rather loud. (Metatron – the boom box angel I call him lol) His voice sounded booming almost like it echoed or vibrated. He simply said hello and thank you for helping us today.
The love that I could feel was intense and very peaceful. As the lady sat down I told her she had three angels with her today. She promptly told me she didn’t believe in angels and wanted to focus on her work. The lady was a politician with a very important and influential event about to occur in her life.
Since my first introduction to angels I have noticed that they work with people in all walks of life but particularly love invention, politics and music. I have also learned that everyone has guardian angels and that whenever we don’t face the truth within ourselves about life it is the angels that step in and bring us to that truth.
